Listen for the WFMK story of the day.  Most of our stories deal with people in the news.

Did you hear that Paul McCartney is bringing his children's book "High in the Clouds" to life.
The story tells the tale of a squirrel in search of a tropical animal sanctuary.

Ann and Nancy Wilson of the 70's group "Heart" are going to release a children's bedtime book and CD, "Dog and Butterfly," based on the name of their album and single 30 years ago.

Danny and Monica really enjoy entertaining you with the best variety of Lite Rock.  Please feel free to call us in the morning at 363-4399 or 1-800-618-WFMK

  Golf anyone?

Paul McCartney made his debut on the CBS talk show with David Letterman at the Ed Sullivan Theatre.

One of the most relaxing things to do during the summer months...take a trip to Mackinaw city and then take a boat
over to Mackinaw Island.  On the island you can enjoy bike riding, horse riding, horse drawn carriage rides, take tours or just relax by playing a game of golf on the island.

Mackinaw Island is a great place to take the family and of course, driving across the Mackinaw Bridge is wonderful too!  Or how about a view from the top of Mackinaw Bridge.  take a look!

Summer time is the best time to get married!

What's next?  Steven Spielberg has a giant rabbit on his mind for his next film.  Spielberg is directing a remake of the James Stewart classic Harvey, the story of a big-hearted eccentric who's branded a crackpot for claiming to have a 6-foot tall invisible rabbit as his best buddy.

Roller coasters are so much fun to ride, check out some of our favorites!

Can you believe that an Australian cat strayed over 2,000 miles and finally returned home?

Dancing can be great fun...watch this!

Who will be honored with U.S. postage stamps in 2010?

Who likes to have fun during Winter Months?

Enjoy the 99 days of summer

Great places to visit this summer...

Lake Lansing
Potter Park Zoo
East Lansing Family Aquatic Center
Cedar Point-San Dusky,Ohio
